The POLU01 is a high quality DALI Self-Test 3-hour switchable emergency lighting module designed to suit a wide range of LED types, circuits and applications. Whilst the POLU01 is designed for high voltage LEDs or longer linear applications, it can run certain self-driven lamps such as GU10s (subject to testing). The unit is designed to work with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries and is supplied in an IP20 enclosure with a easy access panel for the future replacement of batteries. The module automatically adjusts the output current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The pack features a bi-colour charge healthy/fault indicator LED on a flying lead. This range uses the latest LiFePO4 battery technology, dramatically reducing energy consumption and facilities management labour. If a DALI bus is not connected to the POLU01, then the unit will operate as a standalone self-test unit, reporting faults via a red indication of the charge LED. The POLLUX range has been independently certified by TÜV to ensure that the product, has been tested for safety and that it complies with the requirements of national and international regulations.
